We want to make you aware of an upcoming change to audit defense services available through Drake Tax.
Beginning November 16, the Tax Protection Plus integration will no longer be available within the Drake Tax workflow. This includes return transmission, enrollment, billing, and administration.
Drake now offers Drake Audit Defense, an integrated audit defense service provided by U.S.-based Drake employees who are credentialed tax experts, including CPAs, enrolled agents, and attorneys.
Your current Tax Protection Plus enrollment will not carry over automatically. If you would like to offer automated audit defense services through your Drake workflow for the upcoming filing season, please complete a separate enrollment in Drake Audit Defense by November 15.
