Use Drake Reporting Tool to help Retain customers

There is a great little reporting tool in Drake Software that helps you market to folks who came in last year, but have not come in this year yet.  And it is time to roll it out and use it this year.

From the main menu, choose "Reports" then click on "Report Manager".

From there, navigate to:
Client Reports > Status and Tracking > Non-Returning Clients.

To the standard listing report, you can add the following fields for export or contact:
"Phone Number"
"Street Address"
"Zip Code"

Then use that contact list to help schedule appointments with those clients who have not yet returned.  It is a great tool, and can help build your client retention.
